The Opportunity

This highly reputable mid-tier law firm is looking for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its growing team based in Sydney. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of finance matters and the chance to work closely with 2X senior partners known for their depth across corporate and structured finance. You’ll be joining a dynamic Corporate Finance team, working on a diverse range of matters including:
  • Corporate finance and structured lending
  • Property and construction finance
  • Fund and asset finance
  • Receivables and trade finance
  • Advisory work across PPSA and related areas
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, solving complex legal issues, and building trusted client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years’ experience in banking & finance, commercial or property law
  • Strong drafting and advisory skills
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
