Your new role
This is a fully onsite, in‑person support role based within Sydney's CBD.
There is a high volume of work, including the management of long‑standing physical records and regular customer interaction. The team currently supports approximately 50–60 customers per day, with volumes expected to increase once the transition of assets commences in mid‑May.
Duties will include:
Assisting customers attending the vault onsite
Contacting customers on the phone to advise of upcoming changes
Supporting the closure of safety deposit boxes and broader transition activities
Filing, archiving, and managing physical records
Clearing and disposing of outdated materials
Completing computer‑based administrative tasks
Undertaking phone‑based work where required (no money handling involved)
What you'll need to succeed

Standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 4:15pm (32.5 hours per week) with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break
