Department Liaison Officers needed for temp assignments

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Department Liaison Officers to assist in Ministerial offices for short-term temp assignments. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between various departments, stakeholders, and external partners.

Your new role

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison and Coordination:
    Act as a bridge between different departments within the organisation, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and industry bodies.
  • Information Management:
    Maintain accurate records, track correspondence, and manage documentation related to departmental activities.
  • Event Support:
    Assist in organising departmental events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Research and Analysis:
    Conduct research on relevant topics and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense management.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant Background:
    A background in government, public administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail:
    The ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborative Approach:
    A team player who can work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability:
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Computer Literacy:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. CM10 capabilities will be highly regarded
