Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a short-term opportunity? We have an exciting 6-week temporary position assisting the People and Culture team at a prominent organisation in the Hobart CBD.
Your new role
As an HR Administration Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the team’s operations and ensuring smooth processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Relations Support:
- Coordinate and send out requests related to enterprise relations, including investigation reports and proposed sanctions.
- Liaise with relevant parties to identify preferred communication methods.
- Collaborate with process servers and manage Australia Post processes.
Invoice Management:
- Process invoices and ensure timely submission to managers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
File Searches and Documentation:
- Conduct file searches as needed.
- Organise and maintain HR-related documents.
New Starter Assistance:
- Support new starters with access requests and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Call Back Requests and General Admin:
- Manage call back requests promptly.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to timeframe and deadlines.
Process Mapping and Template Development:
- Assist in developing templates and process maps.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
