Your new role

As an Azure Administrator, you will act as the second-level escalation point for technical issues raised via ServiceNow, primarily across Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Teams AV. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders—including legal professionals—and external vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex IT issues.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in Azure administration, including Exchange Online and Intune
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams AV, including Teams Calling and device support
• Experience providing second-level support for Windows 11, including vendor coordination
• General familiarity with Canon Uniflow or similar enterprise printing systems
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to support professional users over the phone
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
