Exciting opportunity for an experienced Auto Electrician in Melbourne’s west. Paying up to $60ph!

Your new company

Hays Trades and Labour are partnering with a global leader in the construction and mining space, who have recently acquired a dealership in Melbourne’s West. Our client develops and deals with specialist machinery used in a range of sectors. They are looking for their next member of the team to join and work closely alongside colleagues to refurbish, maintain, and repair machinery.

Your new role

  • Electrical works on specialist machinery and contractor support for high voltage works
  • Diagnostics and repairs of electrical faults
  • Testing and adjusting parameters
  • Maintain detailed documentation of instillations and modifications
  • Perform quality control measures
  • Adhere to strict safety standards and support team members

What you'll need to succeed

  • Trade Qualified Auto Electrician
  • Current drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
  • A high voltage connection certificate is desired
  • Show the ability to work independently, complete job cards and abide by strict OHS procedures
  • Have a strong outcome focus on both safety and quality
  • Competent Microsoft skills
