Your new role
As an Associate Researcher, you’ll play a pivotal role in powering our search capability. Reporting to a highly respected Senior Business Director, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building and nurturing a pipeline of high-calibre executive candidates.
• Conducting strategic market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Leveraging our unrivalled referral network and proprietary database.
• Engaging with senior professionals and cultivating trusted relationships.

What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for driven individuals with a passion for people and a flair for insight. You may come from a background in talent acquisition, account management, or professional services. What matters most is your ability to:
