Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• 8+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record in project delivery
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, client-focused mindset
• Passion for innovation and staying current with engineering methodologies
• Proficiency in civil 3D
