What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in employment law
• Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in courts, tribunals, and negotiations
• Ability to interpret contracts and draft employment-related documents including deeds, agreements, and pleadings
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proven experience managing client expectations and financial aspects of legal matters
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• A proactive and organised approach to managing projects and priorities
