You will be working with one of Australia’s leading property service companies with more than 220,000 lots under strata management. The company plays a significant role in the local property landscape by delivering a full range of services across a variety of property types, including residential, commercial, resort, and mixed use.
Your new role
You will assist the Strata Managers with handling management agreements, repair and maintenance levies, compliance, insurance, and meetings. You will connect with members of the committee to provide information related to building schemes. You will use your organisational skills to maintain documents using a document management system.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Developed relationship-building skills
- Excellent document management skills
- Open to learning new skills and taking on challenges
- Database management and administrative experience are advantageous.
