Your new role

You will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely reporting, turning complex data into actionable insights for senior management. This role is ideal for a numbers-driven professional with a passion for supporting decision‑making in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Prepare monthly management reports with detailed variance analysis
• Analyse production costs, efficiency metrics, and sales performance
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve reporting accuracy
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in accounting or finance, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (or currently studying)
