Join our Team: Asphalt Crew Members Wanted!

As an Asphalt Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Based out of the
Dalby Depot, you’ll work closely with our local crew to install, repair, and maintain asphalt services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and Operating Machines (if ticketed)
- Assisting in setting up site, levelling, laying asphalt, repairing and patching works, using hand tools to finish off surfaces
- Collaborate safely within the team

What you'll need to succeed

We value experience and dedication. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Asphalt Experience: While it’s preferred, a strong background in civil or construction work will also be considered.
• Essential Credentials: Hold a valid White Card and a driving licence with reliable transportation to and from the depot.
• Physical Stamina: Our days can be long, but your hard work will pay off.
• Safety First: Be prepared for drug and alcohol screening before starting.
• Machine Skills: Desirable machine tickets include an MR licence or higher, as well as experience with rollers, loaders, tractor booms, and Skid steers.
