Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Project Architect or Graduate Architect to join their team in Newcastle, NSW. An exciting opportunity for an Architect with Class 2 building experience, to lead and be a part of the Regulated Design Team.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong network within the multi-residential architecture sector, a proven track record of winning new business, and the ability to oversee multiple high-pressure projects with a keen eye for detail.
Your day-to-day will offer variety across Multi-Residential and Commercial projects, working both autonomously and within the team, gaining both leadership experience and mentoring within a close-knit design-regulated team!
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist multi-residential and commercial architecture projects from concept to completion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm’s portfolio.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Registered NSW Architect or Masters Degree in Architecture
Must have experience in Class 2 Building Architecture, have been in a similar role.
High level design and documentation skills and proficiency with ArchiCAD, Revit and Lumion
Excellent project management skills, ability to work autonomously
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
