Your new role

As an ICT Labour Hire Procurement Officer, you will support stakeholders and lead procurement activities across the labour hire lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Validating business needs and gathering market intelligence.

• Assessing procurement risks and informing sourcing decisions.

• Conducting procurement activities in line with established policies.

• Preparing and reviewing RFQs, tender documents and contract variations.

• Maintaining contractor records and monitoring supplier performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in end‑to‑end procurement, ideally in ICT or labour hire.

• Strong understanding of government procurement frameworks.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.

• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
