Your new company
This small Commonwealth Agency is responsible for maintaining, planning, designing and constructing the Nation’s Capital. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Contracts Administrator to join the team, initially on a contract basis for 12 months with the option of extension.
Your new role
- Support in the delivery of major infrastructure initiatives in the ACT
- Manage procurement processes including drafting briefs, running tenders, and preparing contract documentation
- Administer contracts, monitor performance, and track financials
- Coordinate internal meetings and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and contribute to safety and risk reporting
- Support asset management system administration related to the projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong contract management, project coordination experience within infrastructure or construction environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field, or significant experience in construction project coordination
- Strong leadership capabilities and verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate an ability to manage competing priorities whilst having high attention to detail
- You must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
