Location: Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane
Security Clearance: NV1 Security Clearance, minimum

As an APS6 Contract Manager at this level, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing agreements that support technology-driven healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Oversight: Manage high-value agreements, ensuring compliance with government procurement policies and industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Works closely with vendors, internal teams, and government agencies to ensure contracts align with strategic goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Negotiation & Compliance: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are fair, transparent, and beneficial to all parties.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong contract management and procurement expertise.
  • Ability to analyse complex agreements and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Experience in vendor management, budget oversight, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
