Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Melbourne CBD
Rates: $700–$800/day

Your new role


The Lead Business and Solution Analyst reports to the IT Program Manager and plays a critical role in the implementation of the client's new case management system.


Accountabilities


  • Leading the analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional needs and process improvements to support the delivery of the client's new case management system.
  • Working collaboratively with subject-matter experts, operational teams, delivery partners and technical specialists to develop and validate current and future state process maps, business rules and user stories.
  • Contributing to solution design by applying a strong understanding of solution architecture, data flows and business logic to ensure systems are practical, scalable and fit for purpose.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Change Manager, Communications team and other stakeholders to support training, change and adoption activities as needed.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Experience as a senior or lead business and solution analyst on complex digital or regulatory projects.
  • Experience with modern cloud-based CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • A commitment to improving systems and processes that support the department’s regulatory work.
  • A Scrum Master certification will be highly regarded.
