Join a high-impact federal government team responsible for supporting key digital platforms that facilitate procurement, grant management, and supplier engagement across the Commonwealth. Your new role
You’ll provide frontline helpdesk support via phone and group email for nationally significant platforms, assisting both internal government stakeholders and external suppliers with procurement advice.
Responsibilities include
Advising on Procurement CPRs & the PGPA Act - you will have training in this area as needed
Responding to technical and operational enquiries and guiding users through resolution steps
Logging and escalating incidents where necessary
Managing user accounts and access permissions
Delivering excellent client service and maintaining professional relationships
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or client support environment
Strong understanding of software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic, high-volume setting
Familiarity with government procurement or grants systems is an advantage.
