Your new role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, enabling strategic priorities and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a pivotal role requiring initiative, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting executive decision-making and maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinating team operations and contributing to a high-performing culture

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a proactive mindset and a strong background in executive support. You will have:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or government setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism
  • Experience in project coordination or stakeholder engagement (highly regarded)

This position is only open to Australian Citizens and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (NV1, NV2 or TSPV)
