Your new company
A well-established federal government department based in Melbourne CBD is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to support a key initiative running through to mid-2026.
Only Australian citizens who hold a baseline clearance will be considered.
Your new role
You’ll be responsible for a range of data entry and administrative tasks including:
Creating and amending user access in Salesforce and Siebel
Updating organisation and outlet information
Cross-checking data between spreadsheets and systems
Allocating funding packages for aged care services
Maintaining accurate records and preparing correspondence
Liaising with client service channels on individual record issues
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you’ll need:
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Siebel preferred)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
What you'll get in return
APS3 hourly rate of $46.36
Full-time contract from October 2025 to June 2026
Central Melbourne location
