Full-time Customer Service Officer, 12-month position, paying an hourly rate of $46.39 + Super.

Hays Business Support are currently seeking APS3 Customer Service Officers for a Federal Government agency that supports eligible citizens with international travel documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service to the public. The role will require full-time hours, be office-based, and be offered as a 12-month temporary contract.

Your new role

Assignment Length: 12 months
Location: Hobart CBD
Hourly Rate: $46.39 plus Super
Duties:
  • Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional service at the front counter
  • Communicate effectively with the public, colleagues, and management
  • Handle high-value, high-risk inventory securely and manage documents per policy
  • Operate high-speed and accurate data entry
  • Manage a workload independently to meet performance targets
  • General administration tasks
  • Work collaboratively with a team

All applicants MUST be an Australian citizen AND have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
