Your new role

• Lead the development and execution of strategic visual and written content campaigns aligned with agency objectives
• Manage the design and distribution of four subscriber-based newsletters, ensuring clarity and engagement
• Enhance digital communication products with a focus on inclusive design and audience impact
• Conduct baseline assessments and contribute to ongoing improvements using data-informed design strategies
• Create targeted visual and written content to support digital expansion and communicate Scheme reforms
• Coordinate cross-platform communication efforts, delivering timely, audience-specific messaging across visual and written channels

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong design skills across digital platforms, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Ability to translate complex scientific or policy information into clear, engaging visual and written content
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Experience using data and audience insights to inform and improve communication strategy
