• Deliver peer support services aligned with a recovery-oriented model of care.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualised Action Plans.
• Use lived experience to build rapport and promote mental wellbeing.
• Co-facilitate group programs and participate in case reviews.
• Build networks with veteran-specific organisations and services.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and peer supervision.

• Lived experience of military service or military family life, and a mental health journey.
• Strong communication and trauma-informed support skills.
• Emotional intelligence, integrity, and respect for privacy.
• Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in peer support, mentoring, or mental health services.

• Working with Children and/or Vulnerable People Clearance.
• Australian citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
• Successful completion of a pre-engagement screening check.
