We are partnered with a State Government organisation in the Brisbane CBD to recruit a Financial Service Delivery Officer for a six-month contract with the possibility of extension.


Your new role

Become part of a dynamic State Government organisation by joining their Accounts Receivable Team as an AO3 Financial Service Delivery Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable processes across 20–30 Government Departments. Key duties include:
  • Accurate and efficient end-to-end transactional processing
  • Monitoring and prioritising work queues to ensure timely completion
  • Identifying and resolving issues and errors within transactional workflows
  • Handling enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating matters when necessary


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate:
  • Proven ability in high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy detail (Data Entry Skills testing will be required)
  • Solid understanding of accounts and related transactional processes
  • Experience with SAP is preferred, though familiarity with similar systems will be considered
  • Prior government experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to undergo a Criminal History Check
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
