Your new role

• Leading and managing engineering teams across multiple locations to ensure business continuity
• Overseeing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and vertical transport systems
• Driving asset life cycle strategies and long-term capital planning
• Managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance of the engineering function
• Ensuring compliance with all building, safety and legislative requirements
• Developing and maintaining maintenance contracts and supplier relationships
• Providing data-driven insights to improve asset performance and reduce risk
• Leading recruitment, mentoring and performance management of engineering staff
• Supporting design, construction and fit-out projects with technical input
• Collaborating with internal teams across facilities, projects, safety and procurement
• Promoting innovation, sustainability initiatives and smart building technologies

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong leadership experience within engineering or facilities management
• Background managing complex property portfolios or critical environments
• Deep technical knowledge of building systems and engineering infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts and supplier performance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment with a strategic outlook
