Your New Role
As an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications within a cloud-native environment. You will operate as a hands-on builder, contributing to both AI product development and the establishment of best practices across evaluation, safety, and governance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working end-to-end on AI solutions and wants to play a key role in shaping an organisation’s internal AI capability.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience as an AI Engineer working with GenAI / LLM-based solutions
Strong track record of building and deploying AI applications into production
Experience in LLM evaluation, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring
Strong prompt engineering skills with demonstrated optimisation capability
Experience implementing AI safety, guardrails, or governance controls
Exposure to red teaming, adversarial testing, or jailbreaking techniques
Strong experience working with AWS / cloud environments
Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex)

What You'll Be Doing
Building and deploying internal AI tools to support enterprise users
Designing and maintaining LLM evaluation frameworks
Conducting model testing, red teaming, and jailbreak analysis
Developing and optimising prompt strategies and reusable libraries
Implementing guardrails for safe and responsible AI usage
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases
Working within AWS to build scalable, production-ready AI systems
