You will be responsible for the following
Providing high-level administrative support across various departments

Supporting reporting, data entry, and compliance processes
Assisting with legal documentation and file management (where applicable)
- Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within legal, government, or professional services
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
A valid Employee Working with Children Check, NDIA Worker Screening Check, and the ability to clear a Police Check are preferred
