About the Role:
As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
Managing appointments and patient records efficiently
Handling phone enquiries and coordinating communication
Supporting doctors and healthcare staff with administrative tasks
Please note: This is a temporary position for approximately 4 weeks. This short-term role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant medical environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Experience in medical reception or administration (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in computer systems and medical software (or willingness to learn)
A compassionate and patient-focused approach
Must be fully vaccinated and up to date with vaccinations
