Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive professional looking for a rewarding role in healthcare? Our busy medical practice in Robinvale, VIC is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of our clinic and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care
  • Managing appointments and patient records efficiently
  • Handling phone enquiries and coordinating communication
  • Supporting doctors and healthcare staff with administrative tasks
Please note: This is a temporary position for approximately 4 weeks. This short-term role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant medical environment.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience in medical reception or administration (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in computer systems and medical software (or willingness to learn)
  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Must be fully vaccinated and up to date with vaccinations
