Your new role
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to a busy service department, working closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Managing incoming calls and emails, responding to customer enquiries
- Uploading documentation and reports to client portals
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and job files
- Supporting technicians with administrative tasks and coordination
- Assisting with scheduling and tracking service jobs
- Ensuring documentation is complete and aligned for billing
- General administration, filing, and office support
This is a structured, process-driven role that will suit someone who enjoys working with systems, maintaining accuracy, and supporting a busy team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in administration or customer service (ideally within a fast-paced environment)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Confident communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems)
- A team-focused attitude with reliability and a strong work ethic
