Administrator – Tuggerah

Excellent opportunity for an established administrator with experience in raising purchase orders!

Administrator
Location: Tuggerah
Hours: Fulltime, Mon–Fri
Rate: $30–35 an hour plus Super, pending experience

Your new role
As an administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administration support to the wider team, raising purchase orders and accurately inputting data into CRMs and reports
  • Using multiple systems, including Gmail, Google Drive, MRPeasy and Monday.com
  • Working independently to assist senior members of the team with administration-based tasks

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as an Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous experience in administration (essential)
  • Previous experience raising purchase orders (essential)
  • Excellent tech skills, ideally with experience in Gmail and Google Drive, able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
