A government client is seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to provide general administrative and clerical support across a busy operational division. This role is available for an immediate start and will run for a period of six months.
Your new role
- Data entry and invoice processing (P2P)
- Document formatting and basic document control
- General office housekeeping and supply management
- Meeting room coordination and visitor support
- Processing purchase order requests
- Providing coverage for other administrative roles as required
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the division
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused approach
