Exciting Administration Officer Six-Month Contract

A government client is seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to provide general administrative and clerical support across a busy operational division. This role is available for an immediate start and will run for a period of six months.

Your new role

  • Data entry and invoice processing (P2P)
  • Document formatting and basic document control
  • General office housekeeping and supply management
  • Meeting room coordination and visitor support
  • Processing purchase order requests
  • Providing coverage for other administrative roles as required
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the division

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
  • Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused approach
