My client, one of Victoria’s fastest-growing regional councils—committed to delivering quality services that support community needs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Support Officer (Assets) to join the team in a part-time capacity, providing crucial backfill support within the Asset Permits space.
Your new role
Based in central Ballarat, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate administrative support across Asset Services, including managing permit records within internal systems such as Pathway and CMS. You’ll coordinate documentation, liaise with key stakeholders, and maintain data integrity while contributing to efficient and compliant service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
To hit the ground running, you’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience in administration, ideally within Assets, Building Services, Planning or Regulatory environments
Strong working knowledge of digital systems (Pathway experience highly regarded)
High attention to detail and proven ability to follow compliance and procedural guidelines
Strong communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to work between 25.5 to 30.4 hours per week, across 3 to 5 days onsite
Availability to work from August 2025 through December 2025
