Administrative Assistant to join their supportive office environment.
Your new role
Reporting to the management team, you will be the first point of contact for phone and email communication, ensuring queries are managed efficiently and professionally. You’ll also play a key role in supporting operational functions by coordinating quotes, managing supplies, and handling general administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and filtering incoming calls and emails
- Collating and typing up tender quotes and documentation
- Ordering and maintaining stationery, PPE, and uniforms
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the management team
- Assisting with document control and file organisation
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Great listening skills and a proactive attitude
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced office environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (construction industry experience is desirable but not essential)
