Your new role

As the Administration Officer your core duties will be providing support to Practice Manager and Directors. You’ll be required to multi-task and manage competing priorities daily; reporting into the Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for;
  • Proactively managing workflow including proactive diary and inbox management, organising internal and client meetings.
  • General reception duties including answering and directing calls, incoming and outgoing mail, booking couriers, scanning and filing
  • Liaising with the ATO and other government agencies for lodgement processes
  • Maintenance of client database and annual ASIC reviews
  • Other adhoc duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a people person who is energetic and is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team. This role would suit an Administration Officer with proven experience providing front of house and administrative support services. As the successful candidate, you’ll have excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal), and a proven track record of general administration gained by practical experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive, self-motivated and energised demeanour
  • Confidence using technology with the ability and can-do attitude to pick up new systems and processes

  • Initiative and a proactive approach to learning
