They are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer who can hit the ground running in their fast-paced and collaborative team within the Adelaide CBD.

Your new role
As an Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and monitoring multiple mailboxes and task queues.
  • Raising and following up work orders using internal systems.
  • Running, reading, and filtering reports for data maintenance.
  • Performing accurate data entry and maintaining records across various systems.
  • Providing responsive client service and handling maintenance-related enquiries.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks, including correspondence and filing.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
