Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers
Manage incoming calls and correspondence
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office logistics
Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office duties
