Our client is currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 2–3 months, with an immediate start available.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a structured, detail-driven environment and can hit the ground running.
Your new role
Working within a busy office environment, you will provide essential administrative and accounts support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across high-volume processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts receivable processing and reconciliations
- High-volume, accurate data entry
- Processing freight invoices with multiple line items
- Maintaining records in line with compliance and retention requirements
- General administrative support including filing and document management
- Following established processes and procedures to ensure consistency
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in business administration
- Experience in accounts receivable and reconciliation
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with high-volume data
- Strong time management and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow direction
