Join a local government organisation based in Brisbane CBD. You will join the Support Services branch, providing general administrative and reception support to the wider organisation.

Your new role

As an Administration Officer, you will provide general administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the work area. This role supports frontline service delivery by managing routine administrative tasks and acting as a first point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing reception and phone coverage
  • Managing general customer enquiries
  • Data entry and record keeping,
  • Providing general customer focused administrative support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Customer service and reception experience

  • Experience providing general administrative support

  • Strong communication, organisation and computer skills

  • Ability to work within procedures in a busy team environment

What you'll get in return

  • Initial 2-month contract

  • $54.39 p/h + Super

  • Brisbane CBD location
