Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Record keeping and accurate data entry
  • Research and preparation of documents
  • Diary management and coordination
  • Site bookings and scheduling
  • Providing back-up customer service and reception support as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administration support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
