Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
- Administering the deployment of Frontline Learning programs via the Agency’s Learning Management System (LEAP), including scheduling facilitated modules.
- Managing course logistics such as registrations, enrolments, cancellations, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
- Responding to stakeholder queries and maintaining learning process documentation.
- Collating capability and learning data from various sources into a central repository.
- Preparing general correspondence and reports related to Frontline Learning programs.
- Supporting broader Operations and Personnel functions within the Frontline Learning team.

- Australian Citizenship is required.
The Logistics
- 12-month contract with possibility of extension or permanency.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Hourly rate of $43.82 + super.
- Opportunities based in Geelong, Adelaide, and Deakin.
