We’re looking for someone who is task-oriented, highly organised, and adaptable, ready to contribute to a supportive and professional team.

Your new role

  • Handles invoicing and data entry across multiple service areas.
  • Processes applications, licences, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases.
  • Performs general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborates effectively as a team member on departmental projects.
  • Follows instructions and completes tasks accordingly.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with stakeholders.
  • Supports managers with project coordination and execution.
  • Works cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintains a safe and responsible working environment.
  • Takes on additional duties as assigned by management.

What you'll need to succeed


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel including formulas and VLOOKUP.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in an office-based environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing time effectively, works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Committed to contributing positively to team culture and adding value through collaboration and initiative.
  • Experience working in a certification, accreditation and/or training organisational environment is highly desired.
