They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join their team. Located in Adelaide’s Southern Suburbs near Noarlunga, this is an excellent opportunity for any local administrators to make a meaningful impact in their career.

Your new role
As the Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of operational functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Transcribing information accurately from audio recordings.
  • Word processing and document formatting.
  • Data entry and database maintenance.
  • Fleet coordination and vehicle booking support.
  • Records management in accordance with departmental policies.
  • Conducting stationery audits and managing office supplies.
  • General administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and responding to internal enquiries.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.
  • Strong typing and transcription skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with care.
