Your new companyA busy construction business based in Sydney is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant. The company delivers high-impact developments across Australia, from modest homes to large residential buildings.

Your new role- Support the Finance Manager and wider operations team
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with suppliers and subcontractors
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and payroll support
- Monitor outstanding tasks, approvals, and deadlines
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and compliance
What you'll need to succeed- You will have at least two years’ experience in administration or data entry.
- You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with tools like Xero, Lentune, Microkeeper, or EftSure.
- You’ll be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
