An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established and growing business within a specialist services environment. Your new role

Reporting into the Finance team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections. You will play a key role in maintaining cash flow while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing accurate client invoices in line with contractual agreements and timeframes
- Monitoring debtor balances and proactively following up overdue accounts
- Reconciling client accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Managing invoicing queries and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting compliance, reporting, and financial administration requirements
- Assisting with statutory deductions and third-party payment processes
- Providing general finance and administrative support across the team

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or finance administration
- Strong understanding of invoicing and debtor management processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong systems skills, including Microsoft Excel and accounting software
