Your new role

This temporary-to-permanent Accounts Receivable Officer role is ideal for someone looking to contribute immediately and grow into a long-term position. Initially part-time (ideally 3 days per week, with flexibility for future full-time hours). This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on a growing business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full Accounts Receivable cycle
  • Accounts Payable support
  • Assisting with general accounting tasks and supporting a long-standing team member
  • Helping manage the NZ debtor’s ledger and contribute to weekly payment runs
  • Using Oracle (training provided by an experienced team member)

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and general finance
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvement
  • Experience with Oracle or similar systems (training available)
