Your new role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager and the Financial Controller, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- End-to-end accounts receivable
- Receipting and allocating customer payments
- Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets
- Debtor communication to resolve outstanding invoices/payments
- Effective relationship management with relevant stakeholders
- General ad hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you need to have:
- At least 2 years experience in high-volume accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and implement effective debt resolution strategies
- Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (preferred)
- Strong Attention to detail
