Your new role

Reporting to the Office and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting credit checks
• Issuing customer invoices
• Allocating debtor payments
• Reviewing debtors and conducting collection calls
• Assisting with other ad hoc tasks throughout the office

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in an end-to-end accounts receivable role
• Ability to manage tasks from initiation to completion, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment
• Netsuite experience desirable
