This highly reputable company based in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne are looking for an accounts receivable officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• End to end accounts receivable process
• Follow up with overdue accounts and collections
• Debtor account reconciliations
• Aged debtors reports
• End to end rebate calculations
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Cash and payment allocations

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience in an accounts receivable position so you understand the fundamental principles. If you have SAP experience, this will be advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate would have end-to-end accounts receivable experience managing an aged debtors list of over 5 million. Some elements can be trained but an initial understanding of accounts receivable and credit control is needed.
