This well-established manufacturer and supplier of construction materials across Queensland, is looking for a temporary accounts receivable officer to assist the finance team until the end of October. This is a full-time, temporary role, based in their Port of Brisbane office.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior AR Officer, key responsibilities will include:
Processing and allocating customer payments within Microsoft Business Central
Preparing and issuing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Managing day-to-day Accounts Receivable transactions and related administration
Assisting with month-end Accounts Receivable tasks and reconciliations
Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy across the system
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Accounts Receivable experience within a medium to large business environment.
Experience using Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a process-driven approach.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication skills, with a reliable and proactive work ethic.
