In your new role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be the vital link between traditional manual processes and modern financial systems. You’ll manage invoicing, credit notes, reconciliations, and payment tracking while engaging directly with customers over the phone, ensuring clear, professional communication that builds lasting relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven Experience & Technical Know-How: Demonstrated success in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, with a strong grasp of manual processes and accounting software.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette and both written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail & Organisational Prowess: A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Technological Savvy: Comfort with various financial systems and a quick learner of new technologies; familiarity with software such as SAP, MYOB, Attache 5, or similar systems is a definite asset.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Team Player with Initiative: Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment, contributing ideas and taking initiative to drive continuous improvement.
